Wool fabric - oak frame

The beauty of visual construction and referring to the traditional way of constructing a padded piece of furniture is the inspiration for the design.

The inside of the sofa is padded and welcoming. The fabric is tucked neatly into the corners and partially wrapped around the frame to end up in a traditional welt cord detail. The outside is clean and stripped showing the handcrafted wooden frame and its details. The fabric is folded on both sides of the corner like a curtain.

Tuck is a sofa for public space or a home environment with an active atmosphere. Since the frame is a straight rectangle it opens up possibilities to furnish in landscapes. The rounded details in the padding and on the legs creates continues curves when several pieces stand together.
